Jacob Transition Safe House Inc. is a privately owned and operated transitional housing program (pending 501 © 3) is in Naples, Florida. Larry Farguson, owner, established this transitional housing over 25 years ago. The program and services are (God inspired) and created after his recovery from years of substance abuse. Jacob Transition Safe House Inc. began with two fully furnished 2 bedrooms duplexes with accommodations for up to six individuals. Jacob Transition Safe House Inc. has since then expanded to now included several multi-units within the Golden Gate City. Jacob Transition Safe House Inc. initially grew to an average of 30 residents 24 males and 6 females of diverse age and race. They all reside in separate housing units with a minimum of 3 or maximum of 5 members. All members reside less than a 5 miles radius of their main meeting site. Jacob Transition Safe House Inc. provides member access to internal and external services that offer support towards each resident’s reintegration into the community. Many of the members have successfully moved on and are functioning as productive contributors of their society.
